- understanding customer needs and requirements
- routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- create Sales Qualified Leads and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
- research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- be an active member of the XCD/Hireserve team, contributing ideas to increase our success
- attending industry events, representing the company and our values
- this role is integral to our success. You will be responsible for managing ABM activity, researching and uncovering key prospects and securing appointments for the sales team
