provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their software-related issues
diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, implementing appropriate solutions or workarounds
collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to escalate and resolve complex issues that require further investigation
document customer interactions, including the details of reported problems, troubleshooting steps taken, and solutions provided
conduct software training sessions for clients to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and their features
collaborate with the sales team to provide post-sales support during the implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition for the client
assist customers in the installation, configuration, and usage of our software products, addressing any difficulties they encounter and guiding them through the process
strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings by consistently delivering top-quality service and support
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
great customer service skills
great project/time management skills
strong IT knowledge – Training is provided but an interest in computers and a base level of knowledge will go a long way
