Responsibility

  • provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their software-related issues
  • diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, implementing appropriate solutions or workarounds
  • collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to escalate and resolve complex issues that require further investigation
  • document customer interactions, including the details of reported problems, troubleshooting steps taken, and solutions provided
  • conduct software training sessions for clients to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and their features
  • collaborate with the sales team to provide post-sales support during the implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition for the client
  • assist customers in the installation, configuration, and usage of our software products, addressing any difficulties they encounter and guiding them through the process
  • strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings by consistently delivering top-quality service and support

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • great customer service skills
  • great project/time management skills
  • strong IT knowledge – Training is provided but an interest in computers and a base level of knowledge will go a long way
