Responsibility

  • day-to-day management of client’s digital channels, collaborating with the team on content and strategy
  • monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing analytics and using this information to inform future campaigns and communications plans
  • plan, produce and create content for digital channels
  • content writing for web, email and social media, understanding and adapting to tone-of-voice across a range of clients
  • responsible for the basic maintenance of websites and web content
  • proofread as required
  • manage and update online office files
  • administration and office support

Requirements

  • energy for and experience in planning, creating and managing digital marketing content and campaigns
  • previous experience in and understanding of paid media campaigns and platforms, including Meta and Google Ads
  • proficient in with a good understanding of key social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc
  • experience using email CRM systems, or a willingness to learn
  • experience using web content management systems, or a willingness to learn
  • able to work on and deliver a number of concurrent projects on time, and on budget
  • excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • natural collaborator who can work as part of a close-knit team
