Responsibility

  • an opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our busy team at our head office in Bodelwyddan. Wynne Construction is a leading construction company working across Wales and the North West of England
  • we are looking for a self-starter who can provide reception/administrative support across the day-to-day running of the business operations and who is able to work on their own initiative, prioritise and manage workloads
  • organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events/meetings

Requirements

  • spoken and written Welsh
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • good interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in filing and data management
