- have 3+ years relevant working experience
- display knowledge and appreciation of building construction and be able to draw detailed clear and tidy hand sketches for the purposes of identifying current and proposed construction
- applicant will be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building

- candidates will be inspecting properties with structural defects and be required to manage projects, correspond with people from multiple disciplines, write repair schedules and contract documents, inspect works
