- ensure that their shift operates to a high standard of safety
- good working knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing
- motivate, train and coach team members to deliver product of a high quality
- ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times
- compete Production paperwork to a high standard
- the Production Supervisor is responsible for a team of around 18 Production Operators, and is responsible for the Safety, Quality and Output of their shift
Requirements
- shift working is required
- great attitude and the ability to motivate a team inclusively
- experience of operating in a fast moving manufacturing environment
- good to have - experience of working within a DSEAR framework
- good to have - Experience of working within a cGMP environment
