Responsibility
- liaise with field-based technicians to price quotations
- there is no cold-calling, only inbound bookings, so you’ll be looking to optimise every opportunity that comes your way
- as such, you will need to be a quick learner, able to retain and communicate product knowledge confidently
- you will be able to balance the commercial requirements of the business alongside effective time management, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- you will be using our in-house software and job booking systems, so IT literacy will also be very important
- you will be experienced in handling sales over the phone, liaising with our field-based technicians in order to price quotations and sell products to our customers
- A highly motivated and ambitious salesperson, you will always be focused on achieving your targets
- customer service skills will also be paramount, as you’ll be expected to uphold standards and represent the company professionally when dealing with our customers
Requirements
- ambitious and motivated to hit sales targets
- previous telephone sales experience and experience with negotiations
- confident and eloquent communicating with customers and colleagues
- reliability and time management skills
- good attention to detail
- A practical, commercial mindset, with customer service experience
- IT literate , previous experience with CRM and other systems an advantage
- telesales and/or customer service: 1 year
