Responsibility
liaise with field-based technicians to price quotations
there is no cold-calling, only inbound bookings, so you’ll be looking to optimise every opportunity that comes your way
as such, you will need to be a quick learner, able to retain and communicate product knowledge confidently
you will be able to balance the commercial requirements of the business alongside effective time management, whilst maintaining attention to detail
you will be using our in-house software and job booking systems, so IT literacy will also be very important
you will be experienced in handling sales over the phone, liaising with our field-based technicians in order to price quotations and sell products to our customers
A highly motivated and ambitious salesperson, you will always be focused on achieving your targets
customer service skills will also be paramount, as you’ll be expected to uphold standards and represent the company professionally when dealing with our customers
Requirements
ambitious and motivated to hit sales targets
previous telephone sales experience and experience with negotiations
confident and eloquent communicating with customers and colleagues
reliability and time management skills
good attention to detail
A practical, commercial mindset, with customer service experience
IT literate , previous experience with CRM and other systems an advantage
