  • aim of the Role
  • we are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to provide financial and administrative support, including reception duties, to Wright Rubber Ltd
  • the candidate must be proficient in the use of Quickbooks and ideally have a minimum of two years experience of working in an accounts environment
  • to submit the quarterly VAT return to HMRC
  • to manage both customer and supplier invoices on a daily basis via Quickbooks
  • to closely monitor and act efficiently if there are any outstanding customer payments that need attention and chase payments accordingly in a timely manner
