Responsibility

  • you will be required to attend a training day paid at £50. Once completed your role will start
  • safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes or businesses
  • follow delivery routes and time schedules
  • load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
  • communicate with customers to ensure smooth delivery process
  • we have a vacancy for 10 owner drivers for multi drop delivery routes around Nottingham. The routes are condensed into a tight area more than 30 minutes from the depot
  • provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues
  • adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not required
  • ability to navigate using GPS or maps to locate delivery addresses
  • familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods is a plus
  • strong time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
  • ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation tools
  • physical stamina for heavy lifting and carrying packages
  • strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
