  • scheduling and rostering of all care visits to meet the customer needs and staff contracts of availability
  • ensuring that the staff deliver high-quality and personalised care to our customers
  • managing budgets and ensuring the financial effectiveness of community care settings

  • supervising staff and communicating the needs of customers to Staff
  • supporting the business with the allocation of schedules to carers and customers but also to liase and work closely within the community to build relationships and support the quaity of care delivered by our teams
  • liaising with local community organisations and maintaining good relationships with all other parties
