  • qualified to HND standard or above in a Construction related subject; or evidence of significant construction experience
  • manage Health & Safety on the project
  • program work in advance and ensure delivery on schedule or manage change to agreed contract dates
  • cost control the contracts; Liaising with the QS to complete the periodic valuations, Ensure site and subcontractors adhering to proper process
  • communicating between different parties; Use the most efficient combination of written, telephone, direct meeting to steer the project
  • share responsibility – own the process
