Responsibility

  • building relationships with clients over the phone
  • asking questions to obtain information such as ‘satisfaction level’, additional service requirements
  • listening to the clients’ needs to generate repeat / extra business
  • gathering and documenting customer information and reactions to products / services / etc
  • keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products / services
  • meeting call quotas
  • conducting ‘themed calls’, such as promoting special offers
  • answering clients' questions on the products / services, or noting a question, sourcing the answer and returning such to the client with clarity

Requirements

  • full UK driving license
  • willing to undergo a DBS check
  • excellent communication skills
  • extremely well mannered
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken telemarketing operator to be responsible for contacting our clients and prospects using the telephone
  • creative thinking skills
  • our successful telemarketer will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at ALL levels of personnel
