Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transport Coordinator based in Harlow / Essex
- ensuring a smooth debrief with returning crews, including making sure that they recieve all updates and communitcation as required
- proactively monitoring compliance in accordance with statutory regulations and company processes
- assist the department in achieving maximum customer satisfaction
- check all equipment regularly to ensure that it is fit for purpose, and taking any subsequent action as required
- working hours are 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 22:00, rotating on a weekly basis
- check vehciles for damage, wear & tear and cleaniness, organising any corrective action to be taken to ensure vechiles are safe, compliant and presentable
- assist the Transport Supervisors in ensuring sufficient resource is readily available-Make any necessary alterations to the Transport plan, providing feedback to the Planning team where required
Requirements
- an experienced administator with customer service
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of transportation legislation
- able to work shift work, includin weekend working
