Responsibility
- handling conveyancing and property queries by Liaising with clients, agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers’ solicitors, internal departments
- drafting and checking official copy documents, contracts and supporting documents
- conducting registered and unregistered, and leasehold title checking, reporting on ownership, and raising potential issues to the probate case handlers
- dealing with post completion issues and ensuring post-completion is concluded accurately
- using case management systems on a day-to-day basis
- handle client billing and ensure all billing is accurate and time
- ensuring regulatory compliance at each stage of customer interaction
- supervise junior team members on conveyancing matters
