- we are looking for a well-presented and professional full time Service Administrator
- this position would suit a capable and ambitious individual who is looking to progress in an expanding company
- this excellent opportunity will suit candidates who are good team players and have experience of giving good customer service, have a friendly and polite manner and are willing to support other areas of the operation as and when required
- hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute break for lunch each day
- updating client records
Requirements
- would be beneficial if you have experience with Pegasus Opera, CRM Service and Help Desk Modules
- must be well presented and professional
- good communicator is essential
- excellent customer service skills
- good telephone manner
- must be computer literate
- must be patient, tolerant with a sense of humour
- have problem solving skills
