Responsibility

  • managing the day to day communications and administrative functions of the Head Office
  • managing the day to day company bookkeeping
  • maintaining payroll and payroll records
  • maintaining VAT and PAYE records
  • liaising with VAT, PAYE Offices, Company Bank and Accountants
  • managing invoicing and credit control
  • storing and maintaining personnel records
  • supporting the Operations team with office based project management tasks including third party suppliers

Requirements

  • accounting: 3 years
  • bookkeeping: 3 years
