Requirements

  • previous experience in the travel industry, minimum 2 years, is preferred
  • previous experience in the travel industry, min 2 years, is preferred or alternatively well travelled
  • strong geographical knowledge is a must along with attractions, and travel products/services
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, strong written skills are also required
  • detail-orientated with strong organisational skills to manage mulitple bookings and itineraries simultaneously and with efficient operational skill

  • proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
  • ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, within changeable or reactive situations
