Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Temporary | Permanent

Responsibility

  • create and execute learning strategies and programmes that build on WVUK’s unique culture and faith identity
  • manage and deliver on-going improvements to the induction and on-boarding programme
  • manage the organisation’s leadership coaching programme and create opportunities to upskill and empower leaders to cascade this within their teams
  • implement various learning methods companywide, including designing and delivering e learning coursers, workshops and other training
  • track budgets and negotiate contracts
  • assess the success of development plans and support employees to make the most of learning opportunities by working with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
  • commission, signpost, advise, create or deliver learning/training which is appropriate for the business. This includes personal, leadership and team building and development
