Responsibility
- carrying out repairs where possible i.e, changing light bulbs, securing windows, general painting & decorating, unblocking sinks etc and liaising with external contractors
- arranging furniture and preparing rooms for meetings, exams, assemblies and after school events
- being part of a rota system to unlock, lock and secure buildings
- keeping the premises clean and tidy, removing graffiti, rubbish, leaves etc. Includes cleaning up when students are ill or have accidents
