- we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to primarily assist our customers with technical support when using our online services as well as providing a wide range of other internal technical and administrative support
- as such we are looking for someone who thrives in the challenges of a more fluid and exciting startup environment where you prefer wearing multiple hats rather than a well-established corporate business with stable set-in-stone job roles and functions
- you need to be able to stay organised and on top of your own task list without much supervision and proactively learn new skills as needs arise
- the role is a mixture of technical support and account management as well as liaising with customers and suppliers so we’re looking for an individual equally comfortable with writing business emails to our customers’ CEOs as they are with exporting data and manipulating it in a spreadsheet to draw up reports
