- manage relationships with candidates and provide updates on their application status
- conduct phone and face to face interviews and induction with potential candidates
- coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency in social media management platforms for sourcing candidates
