• facilities management and technology optimisation to ensure assets are maintained and enhanced and IT systems/digital channels are utilised for operational efficiency

Responsibility

• to provide a catering service as laid down by the committee
• to lead the catering team and ensure that the quality and service provided is of a high standard
• to control the catering staff employed in both the kitchen, dining room and bar and see that the service provided is of the required standard

• you will be responsible for menu development including seasonal specials and events menu design, in line with the guidelines set by the club
• you will produce daily menus of food available both in the dining room and the bar areas within the guidelines set by the club
