Responsibility
- reporting into the Creative Director but working closely with the Digital Performance Director
- manage and build the overall email marketing plan across our 3 brands
- use Ometria to segment lists based on behaviours such as past email engagement and website interactions
- create and design dynamic email content and run engaging automated campaigns
- establish email marketing KPIs and test campaign success
- present KPI reports on a weekly basis to wider business
- analyse data to get smart insights, develop A/B tests and suggest methods for improvement
- increase email subscriptions and customer engagement
Requirements
- experience in Ometria or similar CRM/ESP System
- experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
- proficient use of marketing automation technology
- knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
- experience with email automation tools
- critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- sense of ownership and self-motivation
- CRM software: 2 years
