Responsibility
- oversee daily operations of the restaurant including managing rotas, labour management and inventory control
- ensure staff performs all tasks to standards set by the company
- create a positive working environment – communicate clearly between yourself and your team members
- set clear expectations for employees throughout their employment and provide feedback when needed
- maintain clean restaurant and equipment throughout your shift. Follow all health and safety guidelines set by the local authorities and our company
Requirements
- ability to manage a quality driven restaurant, with a big focus on Quality service
- strong communication skills with regular communication with staff, customers and management
- A willingness and ideally a desire to want to improve themselves in a mangement role, as future opportunities will arisee
- minimum of 1 years of leadership experience in a restaurant environment with proven track record in training and management of the team
