- to ensure the prompt and effiecient service of all beverages to the required standards
- to ensure the bar area is clean, well maintained and stocked
- to wear the uniform along with any appropriate protective clothing provided by the company
- to ensure that you are smartly dressed and serve customers in a proffessional and friendly manner
- hygeine standards are maintained in all areas
- attend customer complaints in a timely manner and report back to the manager
- to attend meetings and training courses as required
- to hold a personal licence
