Responsibility

  • maintaining, documenting, and implementing new office processes as appropriate
  • creating and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and Directors
  • creating, implementing, and maintaining any templates broadly used across the department
  • working with the advisors to identify new business opportunities within the existing client bank
  • ensuring compliance standards are met throughout the financial services department
  • dealing with platforms and product providers to obtain information about existing and potential investments

Requirements

  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • preferably you will have previous experience with a focus on customer service & compliance, within the Financial Services Industry
  • strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • knowledge of HR procedures and practices would be preferred
  • you will have a flexible approach to working with the key ability to guide and mentor other team members
  • you must have current, or previous experience in a role where you are required to manage and develop a team of people
