Requirements
- basic technical training would be preferable to enable discussion of generator and power system applications

- excellent communication skills, both written and oral, comfortable engaging on appropriate social media channels
- commercial awareness – you will need to understand how your role relates to the company’s wider business objectives
- ability to produce high-quality proposals using MS office suite and experience of routinely using a CRM system
- high level of attention to detail
- excellent planning, time management and organising skills
- experience of working within a similar role would be advantageous
Responsibility
- talking with customers and engineers to assess needs and to determine system maintenance requirements & repairs
- identify and explore new opportunities, follow up outstanding enquiries and make outbound calls when required
- ensure orders are processed efficiently and are coordinated with Woodlands’ engineering team to deliver exceptional service to our clients
- provide weekly enquiry reports to the Commercial Director
- provide cover to support the company’s 24/7 operation as a back-up, where applicable and support to other departments when required
- you will confidently discuss customer applications, draft maintenance & repair proposals and send email correspondence quickly and efficiently and ensure these are recorded on the company CRM system and database
