  • to work consistently to promote the highest standard of food and hygiene for all of the children in the nursery
  • to ensure that the dietary requirements of all children is known and understood. Liaison with room leaders is essential for this
  • to be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and provide all nursery meals, ensuring compliance with the relevant Health and Safety and Food Hygiene requirements
  • undertake weekly stock control and order accordingly to ensure adequate supplies are maintained

  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain nursery standards
  • to be responsible for the daily running and administration of the nursery whilst adhering to the nursery’s Policies and Procedures, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements
