ensuring the delivery of excellent standards of service to all centre users
overseeing the delivery and development of educational offers that meet the needs of a range of user groups
recruiting, leading, supervising, managing and motivating team members, which include permanent and seasonal, paid and unpaid, individuals and volunteers
contributing to and implementing a dynamic and effective business development plan

Requirements

Responsibility
undertaking housekeeping duties including cleaning of both internal and external areas of the bunk barns, cottage and camping area
assisting with laundry requirements at the Centre
undertaking where appropriate light maintenance duties of the centre and grounds
undertaking where appropriate light maintenance duties of the centre and grounds
undertaking where appropriate “low-level” maintenance of the centre including the grounds
ensuring that centre rooms are readied for use as determined by centre manager or visiting group leaders

undertaking regular and deep cleaning of the centre according to agreed rotas
activities coordinator

risk assessing all activities producing documents and implement control measures in line with current best practice and legislation
monitoring impact and customer satisfaction seeking to improve our offer and meet the needs of our target audience
NGB Qualification in either paddlesports or rock climbing
preparing and maintaining quality resources and equipment, working within agreed budgets
16 hr Outdoor First aid
working with the Centre Manager to market and promote activities and programmes, achieving income and engagement targets
experience of delivering high-quality outdoor experiences for young people and adults of all ages
