Responsibility
- participation in recall lists / delegation where necessary
- work closely with the deputy practice manager to ensure patients are booked in for any necessary medical checks
- call and recall patients for reviews
- assist with the production of staff and patient newsletters
- assist in keeping practice website and social media content up to date
- manage and maintain clear records of meetings
- work closely with the practice manager to build and generate QOF list searches e.g. Smear, Immunisations, Diabetes checks, Asthma reviews, New Patient Checks, Learning Disabilities
- provide ad hoc support to GP partners and senior management team
