to provide reporting to management on quality issues
to support sales activity by reviewing CRM data around customer enquiries/orders and following up to ensure that prospective sales opportunities are followed up in a timely fashion
to review and respond to customer enquiries pertaining to customer orders and deliveries
to review and action the order processing list
to liaise with the design team/warehouse to ensure any corrective actions are addressed and the customer is informed of relevant timelines
