- wood & Wood International Signs is one of the major sign companies within the UK
- we have been operating for 50 years and have an impressive portfolio of clients
- managing a busy and challenging workflow of orders, from the initial enquiry through to the completion of the job
- developing and maintaining relationships with clients on a daily basis
- ensuring all systems and paperwork are kept up to date, including updating clients as and when required
- assisting the Project Management department in day-to-day tasks
- due to maternity cover requirements, we have a Project and Production Planner role opening that would cover a 9–12 month period. This role will be based at our manufacture facility in Exeter and is an office-based role
- the candidate must have highly developed communication, administrative and organisation skills, along with an enthusiasm to play an active role in the organisation of projects within the company
Requirements
- excellent organisational skills to ensure all daily activities run smoothly
- the ability to use own initiative in order to work independently, but also as part of a team
- the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks to cope with the multifaceted nature of the job
- confidence in communicating via email and telephone
- preference given to candidate with previous administrative experience
