Requirements
- A driving license with capability of driving a manual vehicle is essential
- supporting individuals in the community and engaging individuals in activities
- supporting individuals with their routines
- minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a care, either paid or voluntary
- providing support with personal care tasks such as washing, eating, dressing and toileting
- experience in supporting with medication desirable
- experience of working with people with a range of disabilities
- offering support with the safe movement or transferring of a person, using a hoist for example
