Responsibility

  • carry out a full range of roofing repairs, maintenance, and improvements across domestic homes, communal areas, and some commercial sites
  • plumbing – remove/refix, soil, rainwater pipes & clean out gutters

  • deliver work efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards; use basic multi-skills to complete additional tasks where needed, helping to reduce the number of customer visits
