Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities in the metal finishing / coating facility
- manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively
- schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- develop and maintain a spare parts inventory to ensure that all necessary parts and supplies are on hand when needed
- conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance plans to prevent breakdowns
- ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations

- identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of maintenance operations
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a metal finishing / coating facility
- experience with electroplating would be advantageous
- demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the metal finishing / coating industry
