maintenance manager

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities in the metal finishing / coating facility
  • manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively
  • schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
  • develop and maintain a spare parts inventory to ensure that all necessary parts and supplies are on hand when needed
  • conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance plans to prevent breakdowns
  • ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of maintenance operations

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a metal finishing / coating facility
  • experience with electroplating would be advantageous
  • demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the metal finishing / coating industry
