Responsibility
- the client-facing role covers all front-of-house duties for events both large and small
- this job would suit someone with the below experience, not looking for a full-time role
- our events mainly run Mon-Fri evenings but will include some business hour shifts
- greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- maintain a clean and organised front-end area
- assist with food preparation and bartending duties as needed
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements
- previous experience in bartending, food preparation, or restaurant industry is preferred
- strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- driver comfortable driving a van
- comfortable with working on own and as part of a team
