Responsibility

  • ● Writing exciting, engaging social media content in different tones of voice
  • ● Interviewing clients each month to form the basis of their social media content
  • ● Overseeing the briefing of copywriters and designers so that content is created on time, on budget and to brief
  • ● Reviewing photos, videos, graphic design and copy writing to meet each client’s content strategy and our high content standards
  • ● Gaining client approval on content and handling the scheduling, posting and community management of their campaign
  • ● Liaising directly with clients, managing all aspects of their personal branding campaign and being their first point of contact for any queries
  • ● Keeping up to date with content performance and analytics to ensure continuous improvement in engagement
  • ● Providing guidance and support to more junior members of the team as we grow
