Responsibility
- they will have responsibility for general buildings maintenance and repair of rented properties including
- managing your own time effectively to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and communicating regularly with the office
- internal and external cosmetic building work including pointing and sealing
- painting, cleaning and decorating to prepare units for letting between tenants as required
- minor electrical and plumbing repairs including emergency repairs when necessary
- monitoring of electric, gas and water meters
- successful candidates will have experience in building maintenance and in managing their own time effectively to complete projects on time, often working solo and reporting back to the office on a regular basis
- roof repair including slates, north-light glass and cladding sheets when needed
