Responsibility

Requirements
- NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care at Level 2 or above is desirable
- to work on a two- week full time rolling Rota, this includes one full day for training every six weeks
- previous experience as a care support worker or naturally caring and compassionate towards people in need of care and support

- must have an excellent understanding and experience working young adult with learning disability, autism and other complex care needs

- must be enthusiastic, confident and resilient with the ability to follow positive behaviour support strategies when faced with behaviours of concern
- A real desire and capability to achieve the highest standards of care

- must be self-motivated, creative and keen to learn

- average working hour for this position is 38.5 hours a week ( 2.00pm -9.30pm, 1.30pm -9.30pm on late - We work on a banding system depending on your level of qualification and experience and salaries range between £19,219.20- £20,020.00 per annum
