Responsibility
- provide critical problem solving, creativity and a multi-disciplinary approach to service delivery
- jointly work with Service Managers to continuously develop their services, with an active ambition to achieve ‘excellent’ rated services by regulatory bodies and by the People We Support
- monitor our service’s progress against the agreed business plan including evaluating work and supporting with the implementation of changes to improve results
- line Management Responsibility: None
- conduct regular audits of services, assessing the effectiveness of policy and procedure implementation, identifying areas for improvement and areas for exemplification
- ensure the organisation has appropriate systems in place to capture the Impact of our work, and can communicate this effectively
Requirements
- essential
- SCQF Level 9 qualification in social care, health and safety, risk or related field
- experience in achieving and improving outcomes for a delivery function
- understanding of local and national policy frameworks and how they integrate with service delivery
- experience of involvement in change management
- excellent presentation and communication skills
- experience developing monitoring / QA frameworks
