Responsibility

  • we are actively seeking a part time senior carer to join our team at Wispington House Care Home in Saxilby
  • we are looking for someone who can work as part of a team or use their own initiative
  • they must be able to work under pressure and be able to look after carers in their team
  • they also must be caring, nurturing, passionate about their job role as it requires working with residents in their home setting
  • some of the residents at Wispington House have dementia so experience with that would be great, however it is not compulsory
