Requirements

  • full UK Manual Driving License - Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
  • ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively

  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • must be a registered children's manager or have relevant experience in child care -Must have Ofsted Managerial experience - A Certified Diploma Lvel 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care or the equivalent as a minimum
  • A Certified Diploma Lvel 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards completing this -Experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Care Setting
