site supervisor
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to ensure equipment and machinery associated with the site is installed, commissioned and maintained in compliance with various regulations
- in the role of Site Operations Supervisor you will ensure that all site operations and processes are conducted effectively, efficiently, safely and profitably
- conduct regular audits and appraisals of team members and report on positive and negative issues, in support of the Site Management
- recruitment and training of operational staff - build a consistent team of well-trained staff
- ensure that input and output records of wastes are completed accurately and to legal requirements and company procedures
- contribute ideas and solutions that will improve the levels of operations within the workshop and all processes
Requirements
- experience in management of people
- able to travel on occasion to other Wiser sites for training and meetings
- knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe systems to work
