- develop, manage & embed the end-to-end QA process consistently across all settings
- own the delivery and management of day-to-day QA activities

- ensure compliance with all company, EYFS and Ofsted regulatory policies
- work collaboratively at all levels and inspire a nurturing culture and passion for learning
- provide regular on-site mentoring, coaching and training - including internal audits & feedback
- monitor, measure and provide regular reports on the performance of all settings
- minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare
- excellent and in-depth working knowledge of EYFS and regulation
- evidenced track record of inspiring others to achieve high standard outcomes
- excellent communication and leadership skills with experience of coaching to support learning
- highly organised with ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- must have a full, clean UK driving licence as the role requires regular on-site support
- qualification and experience with SEN and DSL highly advantageous
- at least +5 years experience in a senior nursery management position, or relevant QA role
