- have fully clear DBS ideally on the update system
- be proficient in safeguarding knowledge
- e.g. Ability to create and use spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Good typing skills. Experience in working with booking systems
- be SENCO trained
- thorough knowledge of GDPR
Responsibility
- to ensure the building is fire compliant, that all fire equipment is in place exactly where it should be, and that all paperwork is written and monitored including the fire safety file, fire drills once a month, fire risk assessments, and working closely with North Lincs fire department and their recommendations
- to ensure that that kitchen, dining rooms and outdoors are all fully EHO compliant and at 5 stars
- daily cash must be collated, recorded, and stored in our safe
- to keep staff data safe and fully GDPR compliant
- to ensure that all staff are adhering to company policies and procedures AT ALL TIMES
- to be a role model to staff and demonstrate adherence to, and respect for company policies and procedures AT ALL TIMES
- do spot checks on the kitchen, and ensure it is to standards of EHO. Produce paperwork for these spot checks and file them accordingly. This should be done daily, several times a day
- to ensure the nursery is always adequately resourced including outdoor provision
