Responsibility
- conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals on site
- enforce security protocols and respond promptly to any violations or emergencies
- provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- perform first aid or CPR in emergency situations until medical professionals arrive
- implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
Requirements
- proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role is preferred but not required
- strong observation skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- basic knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
- you will be on your feet throughout the shift
