Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- you will initially work with the Principal Advisor and progress to achieve CAS - Competent Adviser Status
- training on systems and internal processes will be provided. A good knowledge of the Mortgages Industry is required
- an exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding Mortgage Broker, as Associate Mortgage Advisor, you will provide a start-to-finish service to our Clients in their Mortgage and Protection requirements
- carry out other general administration duties as required
- gather all documentary evidence from Client and complete the Client file. Ensure all applicable FCA rules and guidance are adhered to in preparation of the case
- maintain our high standard of integrity, customer service and follow strict procedures
- undertake research to find a suitable Mortgage and Protection product for the Client
Requirements
- bachelor's
- relevant Degree in the Finance sector and /or other relevant qualification such as CIMA, ACCA etc
- fully CeMAP qualified
- mortgage Industry- 2 years work experience
- at least 2 years experience working in the Mortgages sector
- excellent numeracy skills
- excellent communication and report writing skills
