Responsibility
- health & Safety Compliance Strategy in place with best practices being executed successfully within Workshop, Field Engineers & External Contractors
- the Service, Workshop and Field Engineer Team are correctly resourced and efficiently scheduled to deliver on time to our customers
- workshop and Service Team delivering to ‘right first time and on time’ Quality Standards, whilst maintaining a proactive approach when working on machines, to avoid unnecessary future downtime for customers
- the Service, Workshop, Field Engineer, Warehouse and Parts Team are aligned and focused on raising quality standards, improving efficiency, driving profitability, delivering best in class Customer Experience
- to provide Operational Leadership & Management that delivers the highest levels of Team Alignment, Health and Safety Compliance and ‘right first time and on time’ Quality Standards, so Customers receive a Best in Class Experience
- become a valued member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to the development and execution of the company Strategic Plan and the leadership to embed 'The Company Way' Team Culture that supports the overall success of the business
Requirements
- experience gained in a similar role in an organisation with a best in class service centre
- A continuous and constant improver with an eye for detail and adherence to process
- understanding of Health & Safety Legislation, Systems & Leadership
- cultural / Transformational change experience and implementation of Lean / Six Sigma principles
- workshop / service centre: 3 years
