Responsibility

  • initial Setup, Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
  • monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools
  • implement strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates
  • conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search engine optimization
  • create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely order fulfillment
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
  • processing customer orders/ returns and resolving any customer complaints

Requirements

  • proven experience in ecommerce marketplace management, preferably within a manufacturing or retail environment
  • proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Ebay, Amazon, Shopify
  • knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing product listings for search engines
  • familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media advertising across all social media platforms
  • excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • experience in inventory management practices, including forecasting, replenishment, and optimisation is desirable
  • E-commerce sales: 1 year
  • strong marketing and sales acumen to develop effective strategies for driving sales, optimising product listings, and maximising profitability within online marketplaces
