Requirements
- knowledge/experience of working with children or young people. Experience of Residential work
- knowledge of child development. Awareness of current childcare legislation
- awareness of the existence and effects of social disadvantage and discrimination
- ability to manage personal/professional boundaries
- ability to engage in a variety of activities to develop and sustain appropriate relationships with young people
